Dr Synister

Throughout the 90s Tony played lead guitar for some of Seattle's top local bands: Gypsy Rose, Fantazia, Way Far Gone and The Primal Order. (Fantazia and The Primal Order's demos are available on garageband.com). All four bands had a large dedicated following, airplay on both regional and national radio stations, openened for a wide variety of national acts (Soundgarden, Alice N Chains, Yngwie Malmsteen and many others) as well as the interest of numerous major labels. In 1993 Tony was fortunate enough to be nominated as guitarist of the year by vote Seattle rock magazine The Rocket.
In the late 90s Tony began working on his industrial metal solo project Dr. Synister. Numerous Dr. Synister songs hit the top ten on garageband.com out of literally hundreds of thousands of bands. That project is currently on hold but you never know when the doctor will once again come out and play. |
