City Of Spectres started as a recording project by Peter Tietjen where he played all or most of the instruments. Guitarist John Cochran (Granite Waves) and bassist Jessie Avery (The Sky Giants) joined in November 2019 to make City Of Spectres a trio. City of Spectres plays Fast, Heavy, Progressive rock, influenced by bands such as Kiss, Metallica, Deep Purple, Voivod and many other bands that push the art of musicianship. Currently City Of Spectres is playing regionally in the Pacific Northwest and has released one album written, recorded and produced by Peter Tietjen called “The Curse Of Science”
